    Same error for me when import bibliography.

    Support component respond "It´s a misconfiguration at server", but server support respond "All i'ts all right"....

    Some idea to fix it?

    Excuse my english....

    Well your posts doesn't give enough clue, but I think it might be about ownerships. Perhaps.
