The story:

1. Multiuser blogging as in blogspot.com. It is achieveable by worpress moo, hence
2. Wordpress is good candidate, but
3. Wordpress moo requires a dedicated server, so
   
4. Since wp is not ready for multiple blogging, the fastest way is to remain with nucleus or b2evo.

There are clues for multiple blogging in wp as in Installing Multiple Blogs by multiple instalation on multi or single database or other hacks but I think it's just not wp designed to be.

Now the choice will just be: skinny (nucleus) or fatty (b2evo). Or still gone with wp hype is lyceum (psst, it takes wp skins and plugins! Read the FAQ).
