If I should design a Rumah Baca on a cliff where Pesanggrahan River is teen below, it might mimic the building on the left.
Yes, that's an observatory and it is Bosscha in Bandung. Inside is an empty room with shelves along the wall plus stair that leads to its deck to function a place to search sky things during night times.
A glass window should also exist to enjoy river, ricefield and trees down behind the building.
Hopefully, it will entertain any brain visiting the place, minutes before a little step leave a house in the neighbourhood and get into the building.
Expensive? Its a resultant of who builds and additional benefits beside a reading room.
